Lead Therapist (You) Weekly Collaboration

We collaborate with you, in a brief weekly meeting, for an exchange of notes. Client Release of Information to communicate with you as lead therapist is a requirement for enrollment.

24 Hour Group Whatsapp Chat

Daily musings, one day at a time struggles, or offerings of experience, strength, and hope....we expound upon the critical importance of connection. This is one of many ways that our clients stay  in touch.

12 Step Prep

For those clients who have chosen to join a 12 step recovery program (which is all but mandatory), we educate clients on the differences between the S fellowships, how to find local and online meetings, and address most newcomer concerns. Early recovery guidance is at the heart of our program.

Trauma Informed and so much more.

Our program covers the first 7 tasks in the Patrick Carnes recovery model, and is enhanced with the latest in recovery science, and foundational 12 step themes.

Ours is a trauma informed program, shaped by attachment theory, internal family systems, CBT, and behavioral activation work. Multiple modalities gleaned from both clinical and "in the field" work is interwoven throughout our curriculum.

We expose clients to the modalities and themes that YOU practice.

Disassembling Denial

We invest significant time exposing clients to all common forms of denial, delving into it's origins, and how it has served as a critical, brilliant means to survival. We invite them to explore, and define in granular detail how this defense manifests, and why it no longer serves them. In our experience, there is no more effective means of clearing the path towards recovery, and self discovery then boldly facing denial head on, in a group setting.
