Anna Fenton - CPTT, CMAT, CSAT
"The Return to Intimacy" IOP is a collaborative program that every CSAT needs. The IOP provides daily support and accountability that's hard to achieve in weekly therapy sessions alone. This program truly puts the âintensiveâ into âintensive outpatientâ treatment, offering an affordable alternative to inpatient rehab for clients who are committed but time-strapped."
Client Testimonials
Keith M - Professional Athlete
Chicago, Il
"They give you the recipe, ingredients, and bake the cake with you over and over again until you get it. I can now bake my own recovery cake. I have my life back. It takes practice: falling down, getting up, and re-applying the tools with a experiential knowledge. The system helped me develop "smart feet", that keep me in recovery."
Javier L - AttorneyÂ
Miami, Fl
"These guys saved my marriage, carrier, but most importantly they saved my life. Not only are they masters in the field of sex addiction, they seem to intuitively know what challenges the client faces and communicates what to do, in a no nonsence fashion. Brutally honest, I love this about them. Run, don't walk!"
Giovanni B - Sales Consultant
New York, NY
"I entered into Charlene's group not knowing if it would help. I felt I had tried everything, and NOTHING was working. I am amazed at what I have learned about myself, my addiction, and the new strategies that I can use to stay sober. Shame and powerlessness have given way to a new way of living, with dignity and true intimacy. A big thank you to both of them just doesnât cover it."

Case Study: Joeyâs Path to Transformation
Â
Before: The Cycle of Relapse & Resistance
Joey had been trapped in sex addiction for over 20 yearsâcycling between porn, escorts, secrecy, and alcohol-fueled acting out. Despite 12-step meetings and therapy, he kept relapsing.
đ¨ Biggest Triggers:
- Loneliness & anger â Led to self-sabotage.
- Resentment toward his wife â Justified acting out.
- Secrecy & alcohol â Isolated himself instead of facing emotions.
His therapist saw the real issue: Joey was terrified of setting boundaries, expressing his needs, or âshowing upâ as himself.
"He always lets his wife take the power position⌠then gets resentful⌠then justifies acting out. He hates facing this truth, but heâs finally starting to."
â Therapist Communication
Why This Program Worked When Others Didnât
Instead of another attempt at "trying harder", Joey needed:
â
Accountability beyond weekly therapyâdaily structure kept him engaged.
â
A strategy for emotional triggersâso he didnât collapse into relapse cycles.
â
Tangible breakthroughs in therapyâhis individual therapist and group facilitators worked in sync.
đ Therapist-Led Breakthroughs:
- Identified resentment as his #1 relapse trigger.
- Learned how to hold boundaries without guilt.
- Developed an emergency relapse planâso he never had to "white-knuckle" it alone.
"For the first time, Joey wasnât just talking about recoveryâhe was experiencing it."
Where Joey Is Now
â
Maintaining long-term sobrietyâwithout secrecy or alcohol.
â
Rebuilding his marriageâhe communicates instead of shutting down.
â
Feeling real connectionâhis relationship with his son is stronger than ever.
This program didnât just stop his behaviorsâit gave him a new way to live.

A Thoughtfully Limited Opportunity
Our program is deliberately small and highly structured because real recovery takes depth, commitment, and connection. This isnât a mass referral networkâwe take our time with both clients and therapists to ensure the best outcomes.
At most, we will work with one therapist per major metro area. Even then, our capacity is intentionally limited, with only a few additional clients per quarter. Because of this, we prioritize therapists who align with our approachâespecially those with CSAT credentials or training in:
- EMDR
- Gottman Method
- IFS
- Imago therapy
This isnât about exclusivityâitâs about doing this work the right way, at the right scale.
If this resonates with you, weâd love to connect.
