Each week includes:

✅ Three small group sessions (90–120 minutes, max 5 participants) fostering deep accountability and peer engagement.

✅ Daily recovery practices tailored to each client’s specific needs and progress.

✅ Closed group chat for continuous peer support and real-time guidance between sessions.

✅ Coordinated care when applicable—our team collaborates weekly with your existing CSAT therapist (if you have one), ensuring seamless integration without duplicating cost or care.
